All India Youth Federation

All India Students Federation is the student wing of Communist Party of India. Its flag is red, with a wide white vertical strip at the hoist, which is charged with a red five-pointed star at its top. The star usually points upwards, but may also point towards the hoist (see variant below). However, the flag with the star only on the white stripe is rarely seen; it is usually also charged with the initials AISF, arranged vertically beneath the star. The typeface in use varies; a typical example, frequently used, is shown here.
